You can observe the level of quality by how many stars it has and also the benefits it gives by hovering over its name in Current Tab or hovering over 'View Complete Rune Stats' in Runes Tab to view all the bonus's given. Once have selected the rune and checked which masters to assist, you can increase the completion of that rune by clicking the Draw button in the Current Tab which will add to the bonus's it gives after it reaches 100% completion & upgrading to the next star quality. There are 9 levels of star quality ratings. Rune Master Has a % chance to increase the level of your rune.Enchanting Master Chance of Double completion.Blacksmith Master Assists with Increasing rune completion by a additional amount.

max allowed assist investment is capped at 200, you can also choose which masters help you and which don't if you like by the check mark boxes

Inviting Masters increases their assist attempts 10 times per invite and only consumes one point per Draw requested to help add completion to a rune. There are three masters you can ask to assist to help with runes which give different bonus's to each attempt, you can also level the masters ability to assist by inviting them more and drawing which will increase the amount they help each level they get(make sure the box is checked and they have invite attempts). Once you've Selected the rune you wish to add completion to you can switch to the system in the Current Tab which will give a few options
